摘要
目的探究肌腱多次冻融后是否会影响其自身的特性。方法肌腱在收获后直接在-20℃冷冻,各组肌腱在3个月内进行多次冻融循环,进行生物力学试验及形态学、组织学和透射电镜的比较。结果在-20℃的条件下,随着冻融次数的逐渐增加最大载荷、抗拉刚度、最大断裂应力会下降,同样在组织结构的观察中,也得到了同样的验证。结论随着冻融次数的增加,肌腱的生物力学特征会逐步下降,组织结构也会受到不同的创伤。
Objective To investigate if the repeated thawing can affect the salf chareteristics of rabbit Achilles tendon.Methods The tendons were frozen at-20℃directly after harvesting.The tendons in each group were subjected to multiple freeze-thaw cycles within 3 months.Biomechanical tests,morphology,histology and transmission electron microscopy were compared.Results Under the condition of-20℃,the maximum load,tensile stiffness and maximum fracture stress decreased with the gradual increase of the number of freeze-thawing times,and the same verification was also obtained in the observation of the structure.Conclusion With the increase of freeze-thaw times,the biomechanical characteristics of the tendon will gradually decrease,and the tissue structure will be affected by different wounds.
