摘要
目的:分析治未病理念下防治高血压相关研究领域的文章发文情况和研究热点。方法:检索中国知网等中文数据库建库至2023年3月27日发表的相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件对相关文献的作者、研究机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果:纳入文献450篇,年发文量呈现波动上升的趋势;以姚磊、周训杰、桂明泰、李建华等人的合作较为突出,同时还有一些散在的作者合作关系;其中研究该领域的主要机构为山东中医药大学和广州中医药大学,尽管总体上机构数量多,但密度较小,且研究机构分布较为松散,说明彼此间合作较少;该领域的研究热点为社区老年人的高血压预防及健康教育和中医体质与高血压的研究。结论:应用CiteSpace软件对治未病理念下防治高血压的相关文献进行可视化分析,将当前这一领域的研究现状及热点进行展示,并对今后可能的研究趋势进行预测和提供参考。
Objective:To analyze the publication status and research hotspots of articles related to the prevention and treatment of hypertension under the concept of preventive treatment of disease so as to analyze the new research trend.Methods:Relevant documents were retrievedfrom China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and other Chinese databases from establishing the database to March 27,2023.CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the authors,research institutions,and keywords of relevant documents.Results:A total of 450 documents were included,and the annual number of published articles showed a fluctuating and rising trend.The author cooperation among Yao Lei,Zhou Xunjie,Gui Mingtai,Li Jianhua,and others was more prominent,and there were also some scattered author collaborations.The main research institutions were the Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.The large number and low density of institutions indicated little cooperation among them,and the research institutions were loosely distributed.The research hotspots in this field included hypertensionpreventionand health education in the community elderly and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution and hypertension.Conclusions:CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze relevant literature on the prevention and treatment of hypertension under the concept of preventive treatment of disease.This articledisplayed the research status quo and hotspots,predicted andprovided reference for possible future research trends.
