摘要
城建档案是城市建设、管理的重要基础资料。随着信息技术的迭代更新,档案工作的环境、对象、内容发生了巨大变化,迫切要求从管理思想、方式和手段上进行变革,全面加快数字转型和智能升级。以提升城建档案利用为目标,设计了城建档案数据库框架,构建了多级编码体系的城建档案关联融合数据模型,实现了城建档案“收、管、用”全周期业务闭环,推进了城建档案“图档”一体的可视化空间决策分析,提升了政府科学决策水平,在城市规划、灾害防治、环境保护等领域取得了较好的应用效果。
Urban construction archives are important basic information for urban construction and management.With the update of information technology,the environment,objects and contents of archival work have changed tremendously,which calls for a change in management ideas,management methods and management means as well as comprehensive digital transformation and intelligent upgrading.In this paper,we designed a database framework for urban construction archives with the goal of improving the utilization of urban construction archives,built a multi-level coding system of urban construction archives,realized the closed loop of whole cycle of“collection,management and use”of urban construction archives,and promoted the“map and archive”visualization and decision analysis of urban construction archives.It has achieved a good application effect in urban planning,disaster prevention and control,environmental protection and other fields.
