摘要
本研究旨在加强野外探伤辐射安全监控,以避免辐射安全事故的发生。我们采取了设置红外线监控网和辐射剂量自动监测装置,并将其与探伤机进行联锁的方法。我们成功实现了一系列系统功能,包括人员误入探伤作业区时的声光报警、探伤机的紧急掣动以及辐射安全信息的自动记录等。通过应用智能技术装备,我们提升了野外探伤辐射安全监控的监管水平。
The aim of this study is to enhance the radiation safety monitoring for field flaw detection,in order to prevent radiation safety accidents.We have adopted a method that involves setting up an infrared monitoring network and radiation dose automatic monitoring devices,which are interlocked with the flaw detection machine.We have successfully implemented a series of system functionalities,including audio-visual alarms when personnel enter the flaw detection operation area by mistake,emergency shutdown of the flaw detection machine,and automatic recording of radiation safety information.By applying intelligent technological equipment,we have improved the regulatory level of radiation safety monitoring for field flaw detection.
