摘要
为充分利用公路在提质升级过程中拆卸下的旧两波板,提高公路安全设施的可重复利用率,基于两波板的力学性能、防腐性能分析结果,设计了一种双层两波式开口护栏,采用计算机仿真分析方法对开口护栏的防护性能进行了优化设计,研究了不同碰撞点条件下开口护栏的防护性能,并采用实车碰撞试验方法对护栏结构进行了验证,验证结果显示该护栏的阻挡功能、缓冲功能、导向功能均满足现行评价标准要求,防护等级为Am级。
In order to fully utilize the old W-beam dismantled during the upgrading process of highways and improve the reusability of highway safety facilities,a double-layer W-beam opening barrier was designed based on the mechanical and anti-corrosion performance analysis results of the W-beam.The protective performance of the opening barrier was optimized using computer simulation analysis method,and the protective performance of the opening barrier under different collision point conditions was studied.The barrier structure was verified using full scale test method,and the verification results showed that the barrier function,buffering function,and guidance function of the barrier met the current evaluation standards,with a protection level of Am.
