双向变流装置运行性能测试分析

摘要 目的:当前,在我国建设节约型城市轨道交通的背景下,需对城市轨道交通供电系统中车辆再生制动产生的电能利用问题进行研究。方法:以徐州地铁某含双向变流装置的实际线路为例,分析了整流机组与双向变流装置协同工作方案(整流+双向变流方案)的外特性,即恒压外特性和下垂外特性;对完全采用双向变流装置的方案(全双向变流方案)进行了运行性能实测分析;对含双向变流装置的车辆段进行了无功补偿分析。结果及结论:在恒压外特性下,随着启动电压从1550 V升至1650 V,相同条件下双向变流装置的整流输出功率有所增加,整流机组输出功率有所减小;当双向变流装置分别与12脉波及24脉波整流机组协同运行时,其整流输出功率依次减少;双向变流装置能代替整流机组独立运行,实现整流和逆变功能;当双向变流装置补偿的无功功率依次增大为0.50 Mvar、1.00 Mvar时,监测主所110 kV侧的容性无功功率均值依次减少了0.49 Mvar、1.00 Mvar,验证了双向变流装置无功补偿功能的有效性。 Objective:In the context of constructing energy-efficient urban rail transit systems in China,it is necessary to study the utilization of electrical energy generated by regenerative braking in urban rail transit power supply system.Method:Taking an actual line in Xuzhou Metro equipped with BC(bidirectional converter)devices as example,the external characteristics including constant voltage and droop for rectifier unit and BC device synergistic working scheme(rectifier+BC scheme)are analyzed.The running performance measurement analysis on the scheme that completely adopts BC devices(all BC scheme)is carried out.The reactive power compensation in depot equipped with BC devices is also analyzed.Result&Conclusion:Under external characteristics of constant voltage,as the starting voltage increases from 1550 V to 1650 V,the rectification output power of the BC device increases while the rectifier unit output power decreases under the same conditions.The rectification output power decreases progressively when the BC device collaborates with 12-pulse and 24-pulse rectifier units.The BC device can replace the rectifier unit and operate independently,performing rectification and inversion functionality.When the reactive power compensated by BC device increases to 0.5 MVar and 1.00 MVar respectively,the average capacitive reactive power on main substation 110 kV side decreases sequentially by 0.49 MVar and 1.00 MVar,verifying the effectiveness of the BC device reactive power compensation function.
