摘要
在医学研究生教育阶段,师生冲突已经成为一个不容回避的现实问题。导学关系矛盾的激化不仅导致医德失范等严重后果,更会造成广泛的社会不良影响。为探究影响医学专业导师和研究生导学关系的关键要素,选取具有代表性的高校研究生导师为研究对象,基于扎根理论和深度访谈,通过编码处理、分析导学关系影响因素,获得招生选拔、培养模式、能力培养、沟通交流和矛盾解决等5类关键要素。建议通过“坚持立德树人,构建‘三融合’培养体系”“强化师德引领,构建导师考核体系”和“加强素质教育评价,构建质量保证体系”等路径力促良性和谐导学关系的构建。
In the stage of medical graduate education,the conflict between teachers and students has become an unavoidable problem.The intensification of the contradiction of the guiding-study relationship will not only produce the serious consequences such as the medical ethics anomie,but also cause the widespread social adverse effects.In order to explore the key factors affecting the relationship between medical tutors and graduate students,the representative graduate tutors were selected as the research objects,and based on the grounded theory,the open-ended in-depth interviews were conducted,including five key factors,such as enrollment selection,management mode,ability training,communication and conflict resolution.They were obtained by coding processing to analyse the influence factors of guidance relationship.It is suggested that the construction of the benign and harmonious relationship of guiding students should be promoted by such approaches as"setting up morality and cultivating people and constructing the training system of'three integration'","strengthening the guidance of teachers'morality and constructing a mentor assessment system"and"strengthening quality education evaluation and constructing a quality assurance system".
