摘要
目的:探讨多元化护理在老年慢性心力衰竭伴营养不良患者中的效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2021年3月滨州医学院附属医院老年医学科收治的老年慢性心力衰竭伴营养不良患者100例为研究对象,随机分为对照组、试验组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用多元化护理。比较两组护理满意度、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、生活质量、营养不良发生率。结果:试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027);护理后,试验组患者生理机能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、精神健康评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,试验组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,试验组营养不良发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038)。结论:给予老年慢性心力衰竭伴营养不良患者多元化护理,能够提高生活质量、改善负性情绪,降低营养不良发生率,护理满意度较高。
Objective:To explore the effect of diversified nursing in elderly patients with chronic heart failure and malnutrition.Methods:A total of one hundred elderly patients with chronic heart failure and malnutrition admitted to the department of geriat⁃rics of the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with fifty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received diversified nursing.Nursing satisfaction,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score,quality of life and incidence of malnutrition were compared between the two groups.Re⁃sults:The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P=0.027);After nursing,the scores of physiological function,physical pain,social function and mental health of experimental group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);After nursing,SAS and SDS scores of experimental group were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the incidence of malnutrition in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038).Conclusion:Giving diversified nursing care to elderly patients with chronic heart failure and malnutrition can improve the quality of life,improve negative emotions,reduce the incidence of malnutrition,and have high nursing satisfaction.
