摘要
目的:分析超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光多模式联合治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2023年1月单县中心医院收治的面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者100例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组采取单纯点阵模式治疗,研究组采取超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光多模式联合治疗。比较两组愈合时间、疼痛情况、舒适程度、瘢痕情况、不良反应。结果:研究组结痂时间、痂皮脱落时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);治疗后,研究组疼痛数字评分低于对照组,Kolcaba舒适状况量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组瘢痕评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光多模式联合治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕,可明显改善瘢痕,缩短痂皮脱落时间,提高患者舒适度,安全性好。
Objective:To analyze the effect of ultra-pulse CO_(2)fractional laser multi-modality combined treatment of facial acne depressed scar.Methods:One hundred patients with facial acne depressed scars admitted to Shanxian Central Hospital from De⁃cember 2021 to January 2023 were selected for the study,and were divided into a control group and a study group of fifty cases each by using the randomized numerical table method.The control group was treated with simple fractional mode,and the study group was treated with ultra-pulse CO_(2)fractional laser multi-modality combined treatment.Healing time,pain,comfort,scarring,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The scabbing time and scab shedding time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);After treatment,the study group's pain digital score was lower than that of the control group,and the Kolcaba Comfort Condition Scale score was high⁃er than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);After treatment,the scar score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);Comparison of the inci⁃dence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultrapulsed CO_(2)fractional laser multi-modality combined treatment of depressed facial acne scars can significantly improve scarring,shorten the time of scab shedding,improve patient comfort,and have good safety.
