摘要
沂蒙红色文旅融合发展是对二十大报告中“全面推进乡村振兴,用好红色资源,推进文化和旅游深度融合发展”的具体落实。尽管沂蒙老区红色文旅融合已经取得了一定进展,但仍存在数字化程度不足、产业层次偏低、部分旅游产品主线不清晰、部分红色文旅景观偏离主题等问题。研究以红色文旅融合为主轴,从微观系统、中间系统、外在系统、宏观系统4个层面构建沂蒙红色文旅融合的生态系统,以实现其自我循环。基于这一自我循环生态系统,研究建议应加快数字化进程,以百业兴旺作为该系统的内部能源,通过红色文化元素的串联打造整体性旅游产品,实现该系统的内外双循环。
The integrated development of Yimeng Red Cultural Tourism is the specific implementation of the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on"comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,making good use of red resources,and promoting the in-depth integrated development of culture and tourism".Although some progress has made in the integration of red culture and tourism in Yimeng Old District,there still exit some problems such as insufficient digitalization,low industrial level,unclear mainlines of tourism products,and partial red cultural tourist landscape deviating from the theme.Focused on the integration of red culture and tourism,an integrated ecosystem of Yimeng red cultural tourism is constructed to achieve its self-circulation from such four levels as micro,intermediate,external,and macro.Based on this self-circulating ecosystem,it is suggested to speed up the process of digitalization,take the prosperity of all industries as the internal energy of the system,connect the whole tourism products with the elements of red culture,and realize the internal and external cycle of the system.
