摘要
以中国VR中心大厦为例,对该大楼的斜柱、悬挑平台、悬挑梁等关键构件进行应力、倾斜和振动监测,并建立了该大楼的长期健康监测系统。结合长期健康监测数据对该楼的安全性及舒适性进行分析,结果表明:在整个监测周期内,各测点变化趋势平缓,未见明显变化量,各监测值均未超过所设置的预警值,现状结构及构件工作状态良好,未有异常现象,本案例可为类似项目提供借鉴。
Taking the China VR center building as an example,stress,tilt,and vibration monitoring were conducted on key components such as inclined columns,cantilever platforms,and cantilever beams of the building,and a long-term health monitoring system was established for the building.The analysis on the safety and comfort of the building is based on long-term health monitoring data.The results show that throughout the entire monitoring cycle,the trend of changes at each measuring point is gentle,no significant changes are observed,and all monitoring values do not exceed the set warning values.The current structure and components are in good working condition,and there are no abnormal phenomena.This case can provide reference for similar projects.
