摘要
目的探讨针灸治疗化疗后抑郁的穴位处方规律,为临床工作提供参考。方法本研究利用中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方学术期刊全文数据库(Wanfang)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)搜索有关针灸治疗化疗后抑郁的中文文献,并将其整理,按纳入标准和排除标准筛选有效文献,从而提取出针灸治疗化疗后抑郁的穴方。结果共纳入分析文献24篇,文献中涉及43组处方,共涉及穴位51个。结论针灸治疗化疗后抑郁的核心穴位处方为:心俞、肺俞、肝俞、太冲、内关、膻中。
Objective To explore the rule of acupoint prescription for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of depression after chemotherapy,and to provide reference for clinical application.Methods In this study,Chinese literature on acupuncture and moxibustion for post-chemotherapy depression was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases,and then the articles were sorted out and included for the analysis according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The acupoint prescriptions for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of post-chemotherapy depression were finally extracted.Results A total of 24 articles were included in the analysis,involving 43 prescriptions and 51 acupoints.Conclusion The core acupoint prescription for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of post-chemotherapy depression consists of Xinshu(BL15),Feishu(BL13),Ganshu(BL18),Taichong(LR3),Neiguan(PC6)and Danzhong(CV17).
