摘要
河湖是重要的自然资源和生态要素。自2020年8月以来,无锡市在全省率先开展了全市域“美丽河湖”建设攻坚行动,将开展“美丽河湖”三年行动作为推进美丽无锡建设的重要抓手,全市主要河湖实现美丽嬗变,人民群众的获得感、幸福感和满意度显著提升。本文总结了政策指引在前、打造特色亮点、强化考核督导、加强科技治水等无锡深入推进美丽幸福河湖建设的实践经验,同时指出有待进一步完善的问题,并提出相关对策建议。
Rivers and lakes are vital natural resources and ecological elements.Since August 2020,Wuxi has taken the lead in initiating a city-wide campaign for the construction of beautiful rivers and lakes,making the three-year initiative for enhancing the beauty of Wuxi a pivotal driver for its overall beautification efforts.Significant transformations have been achieved in the city’s major rivers and lakes,resulting in a notable increase in the public’s sense of accomplishment,happiness,and satisfaction.This paper summarizes the practical experience of Wuxi’s deepened efforts in advancing the construction of beautiful and harmonious rivers and lakes,encompassing aspects such as policy guidance,creating distinctive highlights,reinforcing evaluation and supervision,and leveraging technological water management.Additionally,it highlights areas that require further refinement and proposes relevant strategic recommendations.
