摘要
以低钙固碳胶凝材料、水泥、钢渣、石灰和石膏为主要原料,铝粉作为引气剂,采用碳化养护制备免蒸压加气混凝土(CLC),研究了原料配方和养护工艺对其干密度和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:调整原料配比,CLC制品的抗压强度最高达到5.2 MPa,符合GB/T 11968—2020中A5.0、B07级要求。当低钙固碳胶凝材料掺量为40%,水泥20%,钢渣30%,水胶比为0.24,铝粉掺量为0.18%,CO_(2)养护浓度为100%,碳化时间为8 h制备的CLC制品性能最优,其干密度为571 kg/m^(3),抗压强度为4.0 MPa,符合A3.5、B06级要求。
In this paper,CLC is prepared with low-calcium carbon sequestration cementitious materials(LC-CSCM),cement,steel slag,lime and gypsum as main raw materials,aluminum powder paste as air entraining agent and carbon dioxide as curing.The effects of the content of raw materials,curing technologies on its dry density and compressive strength were studied.The results show that the maximum compressive strength of CLC can reach 5.2 MPa by adjusting the ratio of raw materials,the results meet the requirement of A5.0,B07 level as specified in GB/T 11968—2020.The CLC with optimum properties was prepared when the weight ratio of LC-CSCM was 40%,the weight ratio of cement was 20%,the weight ratio of steel slag was 30%,the aluminum powder content was 0.18%,water to binder ratio was 0.24,CO_(2) concentration is 100%,and carbonization time was 8 h.Its bulk density is 571 kg/m^(3),strength is 4.0 MPa,which can reach the requirements of A3.5,B06 level of GB/T 11968—2020.
