摘要
当前建筑项目逐渐增多,而城市土地资源日渐紧张,为了减少城市占地面积,高层建筑逐渐成为当前建筑工程的主流。高层建筑工程虽然能够很好地解决城市土地资源紧张的问题,但是还存在着诸多风险。相关单位需要提高安全意识,加强施工安全风险管理,以促进建筑工程的进一步发展。文章阐述了高层建筑工程施工安全风险管理的内容,分析了建筑施工中存在的风险问题,并提出了一些改进措施,希望对相关行业的发展具有一定的帮助。
With the increasing number of construction projects and the increasing scarcity of urban land resources,highrise buildings have gradually become the mainstream of current construction projects in order to reduce urban land occupation.Although high-rise building projects can efctively solve the problem of scarce urban land resources,there are still many risks involved.Relevant units need to enbance safety awareness and strengthen construction safety risk management to promote the further development of construction projects.The article elaborates on the content of safety risk manage ment in high-rise building construction,analyzes the risk problems existing in construction,and proposes some improvement measures,hoping to be helpful for the development of related industries.
