摘要
目的探讨集束化护理干预措施在老年患者跌倒预防和满意度方面的效果。方法选取天津市第四中心医院2020年1月—2021年12月治疗的200例老年患者纳入研究,随机分为常规组和集束组各100例。常规组实施常规护理,集束组在常规护理基础上实施集束化护理。比较两组患者的修订版跌倒效能量表(MFES)评分、跌倒发生率和护理满意率。结果干预后,集束组患者MFES评分高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。集束组跌倒事件发生率为0.00%,常规组为5.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。集束组护理满意率为95.00%,高于常规组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理干预在老年跌倒预防中起到了正向积极且有效的作用,不仅使老年患者的跌倒发生率降低,也促进了护患之间的良好关系发展,使老年患者能够更加配合临床治疗,加快疾病康复,改善生存质量,使老年患者自身也获得价值和存在感,增进了对生活的希望和信心。良好的护患关系,也会减轻护理人员工作的压力,增进其对工作的信心和耐心。
Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing intervention measures on fall prevention andpatient satisfaction of elderly patients.Methods A total of 200 elderly patients treated in Tianjin Fourth Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into routine group and cluster group with 100 cases each.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the cluster group was given cluster nursing on this basis of routine nursing.The score of Modified Fall Efficacy Scale(MFES),the incidence of falls and patient satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the MFES score of the cluster group patients was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of falls in the cluster group was 0.00%,while in the routine group it was 5.00%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing in the cluster group was 95.00%,which was higher than 85.00%in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cluster nursing management had played a positive and effective role in the prevention of falls in the elderly,not only reducing the incidence of falls in the elderly,but also promoting the development of a good relationship between nurses and patients,so that the elderly patients could better cooperate with clinical treatment,accelerate disease recovery,improve the quality of life of the elderly patients,so that the elderly patients could also gain value and sense of existence,and enhance hope and confidence in life.On the other hand,a good nurse-patient relationship would also reduce the pressure of nurses and enhance their confidence and patience in work.
