摘要
肺结核作为一种传染性较高的疾病,在目前临床研究中的发病率比较高。由于该病的传染性较强,所以在疾病预防管理上应该作出科学的应对。以农村地区肺结核研究为例,由于部分地区农村居民对疾病的认识程度不高,所以在疾病的预防护理上会有一定差异。为此在农村居民肺结核的预防护理过程中,应该采取科学的护理方案。以社区护理干预作为农村居民肺结核的预防干预方案可以在一定程度上提高患者的疾病认识能力,对疾病的预防及干预有一定影响。同时在加强社区护理干预指导过程中,也能够从农村地区肺结核患者的自身角度出发,落实患者的疾病干预指导方案,实现患者管理的针对性,为农村地区肺结核患者疾病的控制提供帮助。鉴于此,本文综述了社区护理干预在农村地区肺结核患者中的应用研究进展,以期为农村地区肺结核患者的护理干预提供参考。
As a highly infectious disease,pulmonary tuberculosis has a relatively high incidence rate in current clinical research.Because of the strong infectious of the disease,scientific response should be made in the prevention and management of the disease.Taking the study of pulmonary tuberculosis in rural areas as an example,due to the low degree awareness of disease among rural residents in some areas,there will be some differences in disease prevention and nursing.Therefore,in the process of prevention and nursing of pulmonary tuberculosis in rural residents,scientific nursing plan should be adopted.Community nursing intervention as a preventive intervention program for rural residents with pulmonary tuberculosis can improve the ability of disease recognition to some extent,and has a certain effect on the prevention and intervention of diseases.Meanwhile,in the process of strengthening the guidance of community nursing intervention,the disease intervention guidance plan for rural areas patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can also be implemented from their own perspective,achieving targeted patient management.Therefore,it can provide assistance for the control of diseases in rural residents with pulmonary tuberculosis.In view of this,this paper reviews the application research progress of community nursing intervention on pulmonary tuberculosis patients in rural areas,in order to provide reference for the nursing intervention of pulmonary tuberculosis patients'nursing in rural areas.
