摘要
目的:探讨快速康复护理对腹腔镜全胃切除术后患者肠蠕动恢复及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年2月就诊于莆田学院附属医院胃肠外科行腹腔镜全胃切除术的120例患者作为研究对象,采用双盲法将其分为常规组和康复组,每组60例。常规组给予常规护理措施,康复组给予快速康复护理措施。比较两组术后恢复指标、住院时间、护理前后生活质量水平,并对护理期间并发症发生情况及满意度情况进行统计。结果:康复组术后恢复指标均优于常规组,住院时间短于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,康复组消化病生存质量指数(GLQI)量表评分高于常规组,焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);康复组并发症总发生率为3.33%,低于常规组的15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);康复组对护理服务总满意度为96.67%,高于常规组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复护理用于腹腔镜全胃切除术后患者可有效促进肠蠕动恢复,降低并发症发生风险,提升患者生活质量。
Objective:To discuss the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on intestinal peristalsis recovery and quality of life of patients after laparoscopic total gastrectomy.Method:A total of 120 patients who underwent laparoscopic total gastrectomy in the Gastrointestinal Surgery Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a routine group and a rehabilitation group by double-blind method,with 60 cases in each group.The routine group received routine nursing measures,the rehabilitation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing measures.The postoperative recovery indicators,hospitalization time and quality of life before and after nursing between the two groups were compared,and the incidence of complications and satisfaction during nursing were statistically analyzed.Result:The postoperative recovery indicators of the rehabilitation group were better than those of the routine group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the gastrointestinal life quality index(GLQI)score of the rehabilitation group was higher than that of the routine group,while the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score were lower than those of the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the rehabilitation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 15.00%in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total nursing service satisfaction rate in the rehabilitation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 85.00%in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients after laparoscopic total gastrectomy can effectively promote the recovery of intestinal peristalsis,reduce the risk of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
