摘要
针对井下对采对掘过程中巷道不同阶段围岩塑性区扩张引起的变形与支护问题,以斜沟煤矿23108材料巷为研究对象,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测的手段,研究该巷道全生命周期内塑性区的变形特征及变形原因。结果表明:巷道掘进接近、进入叠加动压掘巷阶段(掘至60 m左右),巷道两帮由对称变形转向非对称变形,且顶板、两帮塑性区域面积显著超过底板,巷道掘进至70 m、80 m时出现扩容现象;巷道掘进至沿稳定采空区掘巷阶段,两帮变形逐渐向顶板边角移动;巷道掘进与工作面回采过程中,23108材料巷围岩非均匀劣化,巷道偏应力导致应力分布局部集中。基于巷道出现的扩容变形问题,在原支护方案基础上加强支护,现场试验结果表明加强支护方案满足矿井生产要求。
Aiming at the deformation and support problems caused by the expansion of plastic zone of surrounding rock in different stages of roadway during the process of underground facing-mining excavating,taking the 23108 material roadway of Xiegou Coal Mine as the research object,the deformation characteristics and causes of plastic zone in the whole life cycle of the roadway were studied by means of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement.The results show that when the roadway excavation is close to and enters the stage of superimposed dynamic pressure roadway excavation(the roadway is excavated to about 60 m),the two sides of the roadway change from symmetrical deformation to asymmetric deformation,and the plastic area of the roof and two sides significantly exceeds the floor.When the roadway is excavated to 70 m and 80 m,the expansion phenomenon occurs.When the roadway is excavated to the stage of driving along the stable goaf,the deformation of the two sides gradually moves to the corner of the roof.In the process of roadway excavation and working face mining,the surrounding rock of 23108 material roadway is non-uniformly deteriorated,and the deviatoric stress of roadway leads to local concentration of stress distribution.Based on the expansion deformation problem of the roadway,the original support was strengthened.The field test results show that the strengthened support scheme can meet the requirements of mine production.
