摘要
在新民主主义革命和社会主义革命、建设进程中,毛泽东反复倡导并身体力行领导干部参加体力劳动的思想。毛泽东关于领导干部参加体力劳动的思想有着深厚的理论内涵,他高度重视领导干部参加劳动的态度和意愿,充分考虑领导干部参加劳动的现实条件,悉心指导领导干部参加劳动的具体方式,充分挖掘领导干部参加生产劳动的教育意义。毛泽东对领导干部参加体力劳动一贯倡导如下实践举措:秉持普通劳动者的姿态,充分结合自身工作实际,与人民群众同吃同住同劳动,树立宣传先进典型,构建领导干部参加体力劳动的长效机制。毛泽东关于领导干部参加体力劳动的思想蕴含丰富的理论内涵和实践要求,为新时代干部队伍建设提供了弥足珍贵的经验启示。
During new democratic revolution and socialist revolution and construction,Mao Ze-dong repeatedly advocated and practiced the idea of leading cadres'participating in physical labor.Mao Ze-dong's thought on leading cadres'participating in physical labor has profound theoretical connotations.He attached great importance to the attitude and willingness of leading cadres to participate in labor,took into full consideration the realistic conditions for their participation,carefully guided their participation in a specific way,and fully explored the educational significance of leading cadres'participating in production and labor.Chairman Mao consistently advocated the following practical measures for leading cadres to participate in physical labor:upholding the attitude of ordinary workers;fully integrating the participation with their own work;eating,living,and working together with the masses,seting up and publicizing representative models,and building a long-term mechanism for leading cadres's participating in physical labor.Mao Ze-dong's thought on leading cadres'participating in physical labor,rich in theoretical connotations and practical requirements,offered invaluable experience and inspiration for strengthening the contingent of officials in the new era.
