LED灯珠在白炽灯和LED标准灯两种光度量值传递体系下总光通量的研究 被引量:1

Research on the Total Luminous Flux of LED Beads in Two Photometric Value Transmission Systems: Incandescent Lamp and LED Standard Lamp

摘要 标准灯是光度量值传递中最主要的计量器具,为了研究在白炽灯(CIE标准照明体A)和LED标准照明体两种不同光度量值传递体系下,总光通量参数测量结果的差异,分别使用白炽标准灯和LED标准管标定同一球形光度计,测量LED灯珠的总光通量。实验结果表明:由于白炽标准灯与被测LED灯珠光谱、光强空间分布等发光特性有显著差异,会导致光谱失配误差,使得总光通量测量偏差较大,而LED标准管与被测LED灯珠发光特性更接近,测量总光通量更准确,两种方法测量总光通量相差4.4%。建议在测量LED照明产品时,使用LED标准灯作为传递标准器对球形光度计标定,降低光谱失配误差和空间分布不一致误差,不断研发和完善LED标准灯的种类,逐步构建和完善基于LED的光度计量体系,提高LED光源测量准确度。 Standard lamps are the most important measuring instruments in the transmission of photometric values. In order to study the differences in the measurement results of total luminous flux parameters under two different photometric value transfer systems: incandescent lamp(CIE standard illuminant A) and LED standard illuminant, the same spherical photometer was calibrated using an incandescent standard lamp and LED standard tube respectively, to measure the total luminous flux of LED beads. The experimental results indicate that: Due to significant differences in the spectral and spatial distribution of light intensity between the incandescent standard lamp and the measured LED bead, it can lead to spectral mismatch errors, resulting in a significant deviation in the measurement of total luminous flux. However, the LED standard tube and the measured LED bead have closer luminous characteristics, making the measurement of total luminous flux more accurate. The difference between two methods for measuring total luminous flux is 4.4%. It is recommended to use LED standard lamps as transfer standards when measuring LED lighting products to calibrate the spherical photometer, reduce spectral mismatch error and spatial distribution inconsistency error, continuously develop and improve the types of LED standard lamps, gradually build and improve the LED based photometric measurement system, and improve the measurement accuracy of LED light sources.
