摘要
目的探讨重组人表皮生长因子凝胶在激光祛斑祛痣术后创面修复的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月—12月酒钢医院收治的564例激光祛斑祛痣术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各282例。对照组给予红霉素软膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗,比较两组临床疗效、创面愈合时间与完全溶痂时间及治疗前后炎症因子[降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平、蛋白酶[基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)]水平与并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.62%,高于对照组的80.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组创面愈合时间为(10.01±3.22)d、完全溶痂时间为(12.85±3.72)d,均短于对照组的[(12.36±4.25)d、(15.80±3.68)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组PCT与hs-CRP水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组PCT与hs-CRP水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组MMP-1与MMP-2水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组MMP-1与MMP-2水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.61%,低于对照组的19.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重组人表皮生长因子凝胶用于激光祛斑祛痣术后创面修复效果确切,可加快创面修复速度,减少并发症发生,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application value of recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel in wound repair after laser freckle and nevus removal.Methods 564 patients with laser freckle and nevus removal admitted to Jiugang Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 282 cases in each group.The control group was treated with erythromycin ointment,and the observation group was treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,wound healing time and complete eschar lysis time,levels of inflammatory factors(procalcitonin[PCT],high-sensitivity C-reactive protein[hs-CRP])and protease(matrix metalloproteinase-1[MMP-1],matrix metalloproteinase-2[MMP-2])before and after treatment and the incidence of complications between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.62%,which was higher than 80.14%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time in the observation group was(10.01±3.22)d,and the complete callus dissolution time was(12.85±3.72)d,which were shorter than those in the control group(12.36±4.25)d and(15.80±3.68)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of PCT and hs-CRP between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of PCT and hs-CRP in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of MMP-1 and MMP-2 between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of MMP-1 and MMP-2 of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence
