摘要
目的 分析脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者治疗期间行中医康复护理效果。方法 该次抽取76例脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者进行研究分析,选取2021年3月—2022年3月76例患者采取随机抽签模式均分两组,将施行常规护理的38例患者设为对照组,将施行中医康复护理的38例患者设为试验组。以焦虑评分(SAS)、抑郁评分(SDS)、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、日常生活能力(Barthel)、生活质量(SF-36)及护理满意度评价两组护理效果。结果 焦虑、抑郁评分中两组护理前比较差异不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组护理后较低(P<0.05)。神经功能缺损评分中两组护理前比较差异不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组护理后较低(P<0.05)。日常生活能力及生活质量中两组护理前比较差异不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组护理后均较高(P<0.05)。上下肢肌力中两组护理前比较差异不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组护理后均较高(P<0.05)。结论 脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者护理期间行中医康复护理能够获得显著的效果,可较好地缓解患者负面情绪,改善其神经功能缺损情况及上下肢肌力,提升其日常生活能力及生活质量。由此可见,此种护理方法具有重要的意义。
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on stroke patients with limb dysfunction during nursing.Methods 76 cases of stroke patients with limb dysfunction were selected for research and analysis.The case selection time was from March 2021 to March 2022.The above 76 patients were randomly divided into two groups.38 patients receiving routine care were set as the reference group,and 38 patients receiving traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation care were set as the experimental group.The nursing effects of the two groups were evaluated by SAS,SDS,NIHSS,Barthel,SF-36 and nursing satisfaction.Results There was no significant dfference between the two groups in anxiety and depression scores before nursing,which could not meet the statistical significance(P>0.05).The experimental group was lower after nursing(P<0.05).There was no significant diference between the two groups in nerve function defect score before nursing,which could not meet the statistical significance(P>0.05).The experimental group was lower after nursing(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in daily living ability and quality of life between the two groups before nursing,which could not meet the statistical significance(P>0.05).The experimental group was higher after nursing(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in muscle strength of upper and lower limbs between the two groups before nursing,which could not meet the statistical significance(P>0.05).The experimental group was higher after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing during the nursing period for patients with stroke limb dysfunction can achieve significant results,which can better alleviate the negative emotions of patients,improve their neurological deficits and upper and lower limb muscle strength,and improve their daily life ability and quality of life.This shows that this kind of nursing method is of great significance.
