摘要
新型冠状病毒感染(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)作为一种大规模爆发的流行病,它对人们生活以及生体健康造成了严重危害。自从2019年COVID-19爆发后,中医药就积极参加到病情救治当中去,在预防疾病向重症转化和后期的康复治疗中发挥着巨大作用。随着出院人数增加,后期新冠病毒肺炎患者的康复治疗日益受到重视,中医治疗在促进后期患者康复和防治复发等方面疗效突出。主要从病因病机、辨证分型以及治疗等方面对近几年中医治疗恢复期COVID-19患者的进展进行一个总结,以期为以后临床治疗提供参考。
Corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)as a large-scale outbreak of the epidemic,has caused serious harm to peoples lives and health.Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019,traditional Chinese medicine has actively participated in the treatment of the disease,and plays a great role in preventing the disease from turning into severe disease and in the later stage of rehabilitation.With the increase of the number of patients discharged from hospital,the rehabilitation treatment of COVID-19 patients in the later stage has been paid more and more attention to.TCM treatment is effective in promoting the rehabilitation of patients in the later stage and preventing recurrence.This article mainly summarized the progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of convalescent COVID-19 patients in recent years from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,in order to provide reference for future clinical treatment.
