摘要
目的 观察肾康散治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)Ⅲ期(气阴两虚兼血瘀证)的临床疗效。方法 将64例Ⅲ期DN(气阴两虚兼血瘀)患者随机分为对照组和观察组各32例。在饮食及运动的基础上,对照组给予氯沙坦钾片,观察组在对照组的基础上联合加用肾康散,两组均治疗3个月,观察两组用药前后中医证候积分、尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比(ACR)、24 h尿蛋白定量、肌酐、空腹血糖、血脂及糖化血红蛋白等指标,对两组患者的临床疗效及安全性进行评价分析。结果 观察组总有效率84.38%高于对照组的62.50%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医证候评分、ACR、24 h尿蛋白定量、肌酐、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、胆固醇等指标均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),观察组效果更优(P<0.05)。两组治疗过程中都未出现恶心、腹痛、不欲饮食、便秘等各种不良反应。结论 肾康散治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期(气阴两虚兼血瘀证)疗效肯定,可以改善患者临床症状,降血糖、调节血脂,同时具有降低尿蛋白、肾脏保护功效以及抑制糖尿病肾病发展恶化的作用。
Objective To observe the clinical observation of Shenkang Powder(肾康散)on diabetic nephropathy stage Ⅲ(Qi and Yin Deficiency Combined with Blood Stasis Syndrome).Methods 64 cases of qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis patients with DN were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases in each group.On the basis of unification of diet and exercise,the control group given potassium chloride sand jotham,the treatment group in the control group on the basis of Shenkang Powder,a course of 3 months,observe two groups before and after treatment in patients with traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral,urine microalbumin/creatinine ratio(ACR),24 h urinary protein quantitative,creatinine,fasting glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,and the change of blood lipid,two groups of clinical curative effect and safety evaluation.Results The control group,the total effective rate was 62.50%in treatment group was 84.38%,the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Two groups of patients after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,ACR,24 h urinary protein quantitative,creatinine,fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,triglycerides,cholesterol than before this treatment significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group improved significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).Two groups of patients did not appear in the process of nausea,diarrhea,loss of appetite,constipation and other adverse reactions.Conclusions Renal dispersion treatment of diabetic nephropathy Ⅲ period(Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis)curative effect,can improve the patients clinical symptoms,fall blood sugar,blood fat,reduce urinary protein,protect kidney at the same time,delay the further development of diabetic nephropathy.
