摘要
当前农村互助养老总体上呈现出“高需求—低供给”的结构性难题,社会组织嵌入能够有效提高养老服务的专业性,弥补养老服务供给不足的缺陷。在梳理已有文献基础上,以嵌入理论为基础,构建社会组织嵌入农村互助养老分析框架,分别从认知嵌入、能力嵌入、资源嵌入、关系嵌入四个维度分析社会组织嵌入农村互助养老的可行路径。研究发现,当前社会组织在嵌入农村互助养老过程中存在认知滞后、能力不足、资源有限与关系不稳等多重脱嵌困境。基于此,提出社会组织应该进行认知重塑、能力重塑、资源重塑与关系重塑等建议,以期为社会组织更好赋能农村互助养老提供经验镜鉴。
At present,rural mutual aid pensions generally present a structural problem of"high demand low supply",and the embedding of social organizations can effectively improve the professionalism of pension services and make up for the shortage of pension service supply.Based on a review of the existing literature,an analysis framework of social organizations'embedding in rural mutual care was constructed based on embedding theory,and the feasible ways of social organizations'embedding in rural mutual care were analyzed in four dimensions:cognitive embedding,capacity embedding,resource embedding and relationship embedding.The study finds that there are multiple difficulties in the process of embedding social organisations in rural mutual help elderly care,such as lagging cognition,insufficient capacity,limited resources and unstable relationships.Based on this,suggestions are made for social organisations to reshape their cognition,capacity,resources and relationships,with a view to providing experience for social organisations to better empower rural mutual aid pensions.
