摘要 随着新技术的兴起以及产教融合的不断深入,国家和社会对高职教育人才培养模式及岗位适应能力提出了越来越高的要求。《液压与气动技术》课程是机械类专业核心课程,也是一门实践性很强的课程,融汇了机械设计、机械制造、自动化等多个学科的知识,在学生综合能力培养中起着重要的作用。为提升学生的岗位适应能力,提出了工程案例与教学内容相结合的岗课融合教学理念,以工程应用案例为基础,从教学内容、实施方法、评价体系等方面研究与实践此教学理念,结果证明其有效激发学生学习兴趣,助力提升现代高职人才的培养质量,特别是岗位适应能力方面得到有效提升。 With the rise of new technology and the continuous deepening of the integration of industry and education,the country and society have put forward higher and higher requirements for the training mode and post-adaptability of talents in higher voca⁃tional education.The course of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Technology is the core course of mechanical specialty,and a highly practi⁃cal course.It integrates the knowledge of mechanical design,mechanical manufacturing,automation,and other disciplines,and plays an important role in the training of students'comprehensive ability.To improve the students'post-adaptability,the post-course inte⁃gration teaching concept of combining engineering cases with teaching content is proposed.Based on engineering application cases,this teaching concept is studied and practiced from the aspects of teaching content,implementing methods and evaluation system,etc.The results prove that it can effectively stimulate students'interest in learning,help improve the training quality of modern high⁃er vocational talents,and especially the post-adaptability has been effectively improved.
