摘要
火力发电厂是极为重要的民生建设基础工程,管理单位必须明确火力发电厂运行过程中存在的各类安全问题,并以此制定合理的安全预警策略、安全风险防范机制,以保障工作人员的人身安全,提高火力发电厂的经济效益与社会效益。基于此,在风险管理理念下,探索提高火力发电厂安全管理质量的方法,致力于提升火力发电厂的安全效益。
Thermal power plant is an extremely important basic project for people's livelihood construction.the management unit must identify all kinds of safety problems existing in the operation and production process of the thermal power plant,and formulate reasonable safety early warning strategies and safety risk prevention mechanisms to ensure the personal safety of staff and improve the economic and social benefits of the thermal power plant.This paper will explore the methods to improve the quality of safety management of thermal power plants under the concept of risk management,and devote to improving the safety benefits of thermal power plants.
