摘要
护理人员是隐性缺勤的高发人群.文章综述了护理人员隐性缺勤的影响因素,总结了隐性缺勤给个体、患者、组织及社会带来的后果以及针对护理人员隐性缺勤的应对策略,以期为有效缓解护理人员隐性缺勤行为提供参考依据.
This paper summarizes the definition of recessive absenteeism,the influencing factors of nurses′recessive absenteeism,as well as its effects on individuals,patients organizations and social,and the coping strategies,so as to provide references for dealing with such problem.
