摘要
赵君陶是中国著名无产阶级革命家、教育家,也是新中国化工高等教育和北京化工大学创办中举足轻重的奠基人之一。赵君陶在主持北京化工大学创办整个进程中,提出了坚定“培育尖端人才,创建一流大学”,运用“学用一致”思想培育社会主义工程师和主张“科研立校”,进行前沿科学的持续探索等具有鲜明化工精髓的管理教育思想,并以此进行了颇富前瞻性、战略性的探索实践。她的这一教育思想对当代中国化工管理教育和新工科人才培养模式创新也仍具有重要启示和现实指导意义。
Zhao Juntao is a well-known proletarian revolutionist and educator in my country,and also one of the founders of higher chemical engineering education in New China and the founding of Beijing University of Chemical Technology.Zhao Juntao,in presiding over the entire process of the establishment of the Beijing University of Chemical Technology,put forward a firm“cultivating cutting-edge talents and creating a first-class university”,using the idea of“consistent learning and application”to cultivate socialist engineers,and advocating“establishing a school with scientific research,and continuing cutting-edge science”.She has carried out forward-looking and strategic exploration and practice.The innovation of contemporary China’s chemical management education and new engineering talent training mode still has important enlightenment and practical guiding significance.
