摘要
具有高介电常数、低介电损耗、高储能密度的聚合物/陶瓷复合材料在电子电气行业和能源等领域有重要的应用前景.文中结合本课题组的工作和国内外近年来在这一领域的研究成果,对聚合物/陶瓷高性能介电复合材料的研究进展进行了介绍.重点讨论了陶瓷填料的种类和形貌对复合材料介电性能的影响以及陶瓷填料的表面特性和复合材料的多层结构对介电材料击穿强度的影响.分析了陶瓷填料形貌及复合材料结构调控材料介电及击穿性能等方面存在的问题及解决途径.为开发用于嵌入式电容器和储能器件的高性能介电复合材料提供相应依据.
Polymer/ceramic composites with high dielectric constants,low dielectric loss and high energy density show great application prospects in the fields of electrical,electronic industries,energy related and so on.This paper discusses the research status of our research group and at home and abroad,introduces the high performance polymer/ceramic dielectric composites.The focus of the discussion is on ceramic filler types and morphology and their influences on dielectric properties of composites,and ceramic fillers′surface properties and composites′layered structures and their influences on the breakdown strength of composites.The problems and solutions of ceramic filler morphology and composite structure regulating the dielectric and breakdown properties of materials are analyzed.The discussion will provide corresponding basis for the development of high performance dielectric composites for embedded capacitors and energy storage devices.
