煤矿井下智能运输系统建设分析

摘要 为了进一步提升煤矿的智能化水平,需要实现煤矿井下运输系统的智能化。分析了煤矿主运输系统和辅助运输系统的智能化建设。对于主运输系统智能化建设,其关键在于智能煤流调速系统和智能异物识别系统的构建;对于辅助运输系统智能化建设,其关键在于精确定位系统和智能调度管理系统的构建。在智能运输系统运行后,可以有效减少岗位操作人员及维护人员数量,有效提高生产效率。 In order to further improve the intelligent level of coal mines,it is necessary to realize the intelligent underground transportation system in coal mines.The intelligent construction of main transportation system and auxiliary transportation system in coal mines was analyzed.For the intelligent construction of the main transportation system,the key lies in the construction of intelligent coal flow speed regulation system and intelligent foreign body recognition system;for the intelligent construction of auxiliary transportation system,the key lies in the construction of accurate positioning system and intelligent scheduling management system.After the operation of the intelligent transportation system,the number of post operators and maintenance personnel can be effectively reduced,and the production efficiency can be effectively improved.
