摘要
共同富裕是中国式现代化的重要特征之一,更是社会主义的本质要求。农村数字经济在实现新时代共同富裕“做大蛋糕”“分好蛋糕”“守住蛋糕”过程中发挥着重要作用。阐述了在数字经济与乡村振兴不断互嵌和融合的过程中,面临着城乡差距、数字鸿沟、产业瓶颈、治理赤字等诸多矛盾和障碍,提出了从基建升级、调整产业、人才驱动、素养重塑和数智治理等路径,以充分释放数字经济的发展红利和赋能动力,使数字经济成为实现共同富裕的重要动力。
Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and an important feature of Chinese modernization.The rural digital economy plays an important role in the process of“making the cake bigger”,“distributing the cake better”and“holding the cake”in the new era of common prosperity.Many contradictions and obstacles such as urban-rural gap,digital divide,industrial bottlenecks and deficit governance in the process of continuous integration and integration of digital economy and rural revitalization were expounded.We propose to fully release the development dividend and enabling power of digital economy from the path of infrastructure upgrading,industry adjustment,talent driven,literacy remodeling and digital and intellectual governance,so that the digital economy can become an important driving force for achieving common prosperity.
