中国共产党历史展览馆结构设计

摘要 中国共产党历史展览馆功能复杂,存在大跨、转换、层高较高、错层等特点,考虑到文物的抗震安全,经过结构方案对比,采用钢筋混凝土核心筒-型钢混凝土柱-钢梁+隔震体系结构方案,其具有安全、经济、耐久的特点,并能实现建筑功能。主体结构采用桩基础,配套用房采用抗拔桩兼做减沉桩以控制主配楼之间的差异沉降。通过局部设斜撑的空腹桁架转化、大跨钢梁开洞、核心筒在隔震支座上下部位设置封闭圈梁转换、序厅幕墙柱脚固接等措施,提升了建筑功能及装修效果。柱廊柱顶偏心节点等关键部位的有限元分析结果表明,整体结构安全可靠。 Chinese Communist Party History Museum has a complex function and features such as large spans,transitions,high floor heights and staggered floor plate.Considering the seismic safety of the cultural relics,structural schemes were proposed and the scheme of reinforced concrete core tube-steel reinforced concrete column-steel beam+isolation was selected,which is safe,economical,durable and can achieve building functions.The pile foundation was used in main structure,and anti-pullout piles were used as settlement-reducing piles to control the settlement difference between the main and podium buildings.By adopting diagonal bracing for the vierendeel truss,large-span steel beams with large web opening,enclosing ring beams for the core tube on the isolation support,and fixed connections for the column bases of the lobby curtain wall,the building function and decoration effect have been improved.The result of finite element analysis for key points such as column gallery and column top show that the structure is safe and reliable.
