摘要
激励机制是干部管理中极其重要的方面,是激发干部担当意识、提升干部工作效能的重要手段。文章在阐释地方“干部敢为”激励机制内涵的基础上,分析探讨其重要意义、存在问题,提出完善“干部敢为”激励机制的现实路径,助力营造干部想为、敢为、善为的良好氛围。
Incentive mechanism is an extremely important aspect in cadre management,and is an important means to stimulate cadres'sense of responsibility and improve their work efficiency.On the basis of explaining the con⁃notation of the local incentive mechanism for"cadres daring to act",this article analyzes and explores its impor⁃tant significance and existing problems,proposes a practical path to improve the incentive mechanism for"cadres daring to act",and helps to create a good atmosphere for cadres wanting to act,daring to act,and doing well.
