摘要
描述了某车身涂装现场硅烷薄膜前处理工艺在应用调试阶段产生的面漆附着力问题。以硅烷槽熟化时间为主要变量对该问题进行充分实验,深入分析和验证了该问题的成因,并从硅烷槽的日常维护、参数优化及面漆配方调整等方面提出解决方案。
The basecoat adhesion failure occurred during the commissioning of a silane-based thin-film pretreatment process in an automotive paint shop was described.The causes of this problem were analyzed and verified by sufficient simulation experiments with aging time of silanization bath as the main variable.Some solutions with respect to the routine maintenance and parameter optimization of silanization bath and the modification of basecoat composition were proposed.
