摘要
VOCs为石油开采行业中的主要大气污染物,对人体和环境危害较大,还具有易燃易爆性质,易造成生产事故,带来经济损失。分析大庆油田外围区块采油厂油气集输生产运行过程中,产生VOCs的节点为转油站开式流程中常压污水沉降罐、联合站固定顶常压净化油储罐、拉油井场常压储油罐、卸油点的卸油口等。通过将转油站开式流程改为密闭流程,停运含水油沉降罐缓冲沉降功能;固定顶储罐烃蒸汽收集主要采用大罐抽气技术;拉油井场储油罐选用燃气、电加热双重功能的压力储油罐,储罐自带燃烧器,储罐内设有电加热棒。伴生气通过燃烧器燃烧后用于加热储罐内油井采出液,实现对储罐的维温;卸油点非密闭卸油油罐接卸口由敞口式改造为法兰快速接头,实现密闭卸油。
The VOCs is the main air pollutants in the oil exploitation industry,which is harmful to human body and the environment.It also has flammable and explosive properties,which can easily cause fire and explosion and bring economic losses.The production and operation process of oil and gas gathering and transportation in the oil production plant in the peripheral block of Daqing oilfield is analyzed.The nodes generating VOCs are the atmospheric pressure sewage settling tank in the open flow of the transfer station,the atmospheric pressure purification oil storage tank with the fixed top of the union station,the atmospheric pressure oil storage tank in the pulling oil well site,and the oil unloading port of the oil unloading point.The control measures are to change the open flow of the transfer station into a closed flow and stop the buffer sedimentation function of the water-bearing oil settling tank.The fixed-top tank hydrocarbon vapor collection is mainly adopted the largetank pumping technology.The oil storage tank in the pulling oil well field is adopted the pressure oil storage tank with dual functions of gas and electric heating.The storage tank has its own burner,and the electric heating rod is provided in the storage tank.The associated gas is used to heat the oil well produced fluid in the storage tank after combustion in the burner to maintain the temperature of the storage tank.The unloading port of the oil tank is transformed from open type to flange quick joint to realize the closed unloading of oil.
