摘要
结合实际案例,介绍了ABC分类管理法在煤机大修企业库存管理方面的应用,通过使用ABC分类法,对企业的库存结构进行优化整合,提高物资周转效率和仓库吞吐量,使企业的库存保持合理的水平,降低生产经营风险,提高资金利用率。
This paper introduces the ABC classification management method in combination with the actual case in the coal machine overhaul enterprise inventory management applications,through the use of ABC classification,optimize the inventory structure integration,improve the efficiency of material flow and warehouse throughput,make the enterprise keep areasonable stock level,reduce the production and business operation risk,increasing the utilization of funds.
