智能电网中的配电运维一体化研究

摘要 城市化进程的不断加快推动着现代电网系统的智能化转型。在智能电网背景下,为进一步提高电网配电运维一体化的运营能力,实现配电网各系统间的协同合作,完成对配电网的智能化管理,提出了配电运维一体化管理系统。在软件工程理论及方法的指导下,以Java Web开发技术、Spring MVC框架技术等信息技术为支撑,从系统架构设计与系统功能设计2个方面阐述配电运维一体化系统的设计思路,并通过系统集成测试(System Integration Testing,SIT)与单元测试自动化(Unit Test Automation,UTA)测试2种测试方案,验证所提系统的应用效果。结果表明,所提的配电运维一体化系统能够满足智能电网的实际生产需求,实现了电网企业对配电数据的远程监控、分析、故障预测等功能,大幅度缩短了应急响应时间,提高了配电管理智能化水平与工作效率,具有推广实践价值。 The continuous acceleration of urbanization has promoted the intelligent transformation of modern power grid system.Under the background of smart grid,the integrated management system of distribution operation and maintenance is proposed in order to further improve the operation capability of distribution network integration,realize the cooperation among distribution network systems,and complete the intelligent management of distribution network.Under the guidance of software engineering theories and methods,supported by information technologies such as Java Web development technology and Spring MVC framework technology,the design ideas of the integrated distribution operation and maintenance system are described from two aspects:system architecture design and system function design.Two Test schemes were tested through System Integration Testing(SIT)and Unit Test Automation(UTA)to verify the application effect of the proposed system.The results show that the proposed integrated distribution operation and maintenance system can meet the actual production needs of smart grid,realize the functions of remote monitoring,analysis and fault prediction of power grid enterprises,greatly shorten the emergency response time,improve the intelligent level and work efficiency of distribution management,and have practical value.
