摘要
为了评估垂直轴导流涵道涡轮机中导流涵道与叶轮之间的相互作用效应对其能量采集性能的影响,通过引入诱导因子的分解形式表达式并采用计算流体力学方法,分别对不同拱度及攻角的导流涵道、裸涡轮机和所对应的导流涵道涡轮机进行了数值研究.结果表明:导流涵道涡轮机相比裸涡轮机具有更高的输出功率,且在一定范围内,随着导流涵道拱度及攻角的增大,系统的输出功率将得到进一步的提升.此外,导流涵道与叶轮之间的相互作用效应与导流涵道涡轮机的能量采集性能密切相关,所对应的相互作用诱导因子a_(i)在一定程度上量化了该相互作用并且能很好地衡量系统的能量采集性能的优劣.研究还发现,当系统所对应的a_(i)的值越小时,导流涵道与叶轮的相互作用越强,同时系统的能量采集性能越好.研究结果为垂直轴导流涵道涡轮机的优化设计及内在相互作用分析提供了一定的参考依据.
To evaluate the effect of interaction between duct and rotor on the energy collection perfor-mance of a vertical axis ducted turbine,the ducts with varied camber and attack angle ducts,bare turbine,and corresponding ducted turbines were numerically studied by introducing the disassembled formula of induction factor and using computational fluid dynamics method.The results show that the ducted turbines have higher output power than the bare turbine,and the output power of the system will be further improved with the increase of the camber and attack angle of ducts in a certain range.In addition,the interaction effect between the duct and rotor is closely related to the energy collection performance of the ducted turbine.The corresponding interaction induction factor a_(i),to a certain extent,can well quantify the interaction effect and measure the advantages and disadvantages of the energy collection performance of the system.It is also found that the smaller the corresponding a_(i) to the system,the stronger the interaction effect between duct and rotor,and the better the energy harvesting perfor-mance of the system.The research offers a reference for the optimal design and internal interaction analysis of vertical axis ducted turbines.
