摘要
常规油、水井作业施工的重点工序包括探砂、冲砂、通井、刮蜡、验窜等起下过程。目前现场井下作业智能监督仪还存在较大的信号及流量监测误差,并且无法监测流量数据,对一些特定工序无法进行评判。通过技术理论分析及现场应用,不断完善井下作业智能监督技术,通过改变信号传输系统,优化管柱识别程序,并且增加流量监测装置,完善井下作业智能监督装置判定识别方法,满足作业现场智能化监督需求。
The key processes of conventional oil and water well operation and construction include sand exploration and sand washing,well clearing,wax scraping,test channeling and other up-and-down processes.At present,there are still large errors in signal and flow monitoring,and the flow data can not be monitored,and some specific processes can not be judged.Through the analysis of technical theory and field application,the intelligent supervision technology of underground operation is constantly improved.This technology mainly plans to improve the determination and identification method of intelligent monitoring device for downhole operation by changing the signal transmission system,optimizing the pipe column identification procedure,and adding flow monitoring devices to meet the needs of intelligent supervision on the working site.
