摘要
目的:调查老年结核病患者平衡功能现状并分析其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取在成都市某医疗中心住院的588例老年结核病患者,应用一般资料调查表、Berg平衡量表、Morse跌倒风险评估量表、Barthel指数评定量表等对这些患者进行调查,并分析其平衡功能的影响因素。结果:共回收有效问卷575份,575例老年结核病患者Berg平衡量表评分为(45.36±15.62)分。多元线性回归结果显示,年龄、跌倒风险评分、Barthel指数评分是老年结核病患者平衡功能的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:老年结核病患者平衡功能较差,与患者年龄、跌倒风险评分、Barthel指数有关。应重视对老年结核病患者平衡功能的评估,尽早采取针对性措施进行干预。
Objective:To investigate the balance function of elderly tuberculosis patients and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:588 elderly tuberculosis patients hospitalized in a medical center in Chengdu were selected by convenience sampling method.They were investigated by general information questionnaire,Berg balance scale,Morse fall risk assessment scale,Barthel index assessment scale,etc.The influencing factors of their balance function were analyzed.Results:A total of 575 valid questionnaires were collected,and 575 elderly tuberculosis patients scored(45.36±15.62)points on the Berg balance scale.The results of multiple linear regression showed that age,fall risk score,and Barthel index score were the influencing factors of balance function in elderly tuberculosis patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The balance function of elderly patients with tuberculosis is poor,which is related to the patients'age,fall risk score and Barthel index.We should pay attention to the factors that cause the decline of balance function of elderly tuberculosis patients,and attach importance to the evaluation of balance function of elderly tuberculosis patients so as to take targeted measures to intervene as soon as possible.
