摘要
主要对节能土建工程的基本内容和监理的主要内容进行了研究,对土建工程施工监理常见的招投标、工程材料与施工方法、监理人员专业水平、监理体系方面的问题进行分析,并针对这些问题提出了解决措施。
This paper mainly studies the basic content of energy-saving civil engineering and the main content of supervision,analyzes the common problems of civil engineering construction supervision in bidding,engineering materials and construction methods,the professional level ofsupervision personnel and supervision system,and puts forward solutions to theseproblems.
