摘要
脉冲序列(PT)控制具有结构简单、响应速度快、无需补偿网络等优点,具有广阔的工业应用前景。针对脉冲序列控制变换器工作在连续导通模式(CCM)状态时存在输出电压低频振荡问题,本文研究了一种基于载侧电容电流信息反馈的脉冲序列控制开关电感二次型Boost变换器。通过采样变换器载侧电容电流信息,并与反馈电压信号叠加,以产生脉冲序列选择决策信号驱动变换器功率开关。首先分析了开关电感二次型Boost变换器工作原理,详细阐述了低频振荡产生原因以及含载侧电容电流信息的脉冲序列控制方法抑制低频振荡的机理,并建立了其动力学模型。最后通过仿真和实验,验证了该含电容电流信息的脉冲序列控制开关电感二次型Boost变换器的输出特性,解决了低频振荡的问题。
Pulse train(PT)control possesses the advantages of simple structure,fast response speed,free of compensation networks and hence has great application potential in industrial area.Aiming at the problem of low-frequency oscillation of PT controlled converters,a PT control mode is proposed based on capacitive current feedback for the switching inductor secondary Boost converter operated in CCM state.The control method selects the control pulse by sampling the capacitor current on the load side of the converter and adding it to the output voltage feedback loop.In this paper,the working principle of the switched-inductor quadratic boost converter is analyzed,and the cause of the low-frequency oscillation and the mechanism of the capacitor current feedback based PT control method to suppress the low-frequency oscillation are described in details.Simulation and experimental results show the effectiveness of the capacitor current pulse sequence control method in suppressing the low-frequency oscillation of the output voltage of the Boost converter.
