摘要
在生态文明视角下,以黑龙江省为研究区域,以新型城镇化与生态环境以及两者互动关系为研究对象,选取2011—2020年的统计数据建立指标体系,用熵权法计算指标权重,运用综合评价模型对黑龙江省新型城镇化的综合发展水平进行测度、运用耦合协调度模型对互动发展状况进行分析。得到的结果:黑龙江省新型城镇化综合水平逐年上升,生态环境综合水平呈稳定上升趋势。新型城镇化的相对发展度逐渐实现同步发展。新型城镇化与生态环境的耦合度不断上升,协调状态不断增强,耦合协调度也逐渐增长。耦合协调发展阶段由协调发展到良好协调发展,基于此,依据黑龙江省新型城镇化的良好发展结果,提出展望。
From the perspective of ecological civilization,Heilongjiang Province is taken as the research area,new urbanization,ecological environment and the interaction between them are taken as the research object,statistical data from 2011 to 2020 are selected to establish an indicator system,and entropy weight method is used to calculate the index weight.The comprehensive evaluation model is used to measure the comprehensive development level of new urbanization in Heilongjiang Province,and the coupling coordination degree model is used to analyze the interactive development status.The results are as follows:the comprehensive level of new-type urbanization in Heilongjiang Province increases year by year,and the comprehensive level of ecological environment presents a stable rising trend.The relative development degree of new urbanization has gradually realized synchronous development.The coupling degree between new-type urbanization and ecological environment is increasing,the coordination status is continuously enhanced,and the coupling coordination degree is gradually increasing.The stage of coupling coordination develops from coordination to good coordination.Finally,according to the good development results of new-type urbanization in Heilongjiang Province,the prospect is put forward.
