摘要
人体是一个有机的整体,形神一体。郁证为中医学病名,属于较为典型的一类心身疾病,表现为形神共病,五脏六腑皆可受扰,气机失调、形神不和为基本病机。病初肝失调达,气机不畅,后可化火,或因脏气虚而产生血瘀、痰结、食滞、湿停等,日久由实转虚。汪瀚主任认为,郁证有因病致郁、因郁致病和郁病相兼互为因果、相互为患之分,治疗上以移情易性、调畅气机贯穿始终。形神不和易致肝脾失调,在调气的同时注重调脾,同调他脏,酌情补益,注重辨证,达到形神合一。
The human body is an organic whole,with the unity of body and spirit.Depression syndrome is the name of a disease in traditional Chinese medicine,which belongs to a typical type of psychosomatic disease.It is manifested as comorbidity of both body and spirit.All the viscera can be affected by the disease.The basic pathogenesis is the dysfunction of Qi activity and disharmony between body and spirit.At the beginning of the disease,the liver-Qi is depressed,which leads to obstructed Qi activity.And then the obstructed Qi activity can be transformed into fire.Due to the deficiency of zang-Qi,blood stasis,phlegm,food stagnation,and stopped dampness generate,which make the disease transform from excess to deficiency over time.Director Wang Han believes that depression syndrome can be caused by the disease,the depressed mood and the combination of the depressed mood and disease,in which condition,the depressed mood and disease may be a cause-and-effect relationship.The treatment of depression syndrome should be based on empathy and regulating Qi activity throughout the treatment process.The disunity of body and spirit can easily lead to the disorder of liver and spleen.Therefore,when regulating Qi activity,attention should be paid to regulating the spleen and other viscera.Taking supplementation into account according to the circumstances and syndrome differentiation can achieve the unity of body and spirit.
