摘要
对《治六十病和齐汤法》简81“治上气方”的主治病症、方药组成、剂量用法等进行深入分析,依据《金匮要略·肺痿肺痈咳嗽上气病脉证治第七》以及《诸病源候论》中的理论将此方与《武威汉代医简》中的“治久咳逆上气汤方”以及《伤寒杂病论》中的小建中汤进行对比研究。此方为后世治疗相关疾病奠定了基础,为现代临床治疗支气管哮喘等相关疾病提供了用药思路和方法。
This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the indications,the composition,the dosage and the usage of“prescription for Shangqi”in bamboo slip 81 of Blending Decoctions to Treat Sixty Ailments.According to the theories in the seventh chapter of Essentials of Golden Chamber(Syndrome and Treatment of Atrophic Lung Disease,Pulmonary Abscess,Cough and Asthma)and Treatise on the Origins and Manifestations of Various Diseases,this prescription is contrastively studied with“prescription for prolonged cough and Shangqi”in Wuwei Medical Bamboo Slip of Han Dynasty and Xiaojianzhong Decoction in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Miscellaneous Diseases.This prescription lays the foundation for the future treatment of related diseases,and provides medication ideas and methods for the treatment of bronchial asthma and other related diseases in modern clinic.
