摘要
目的:探讨加速康复外科护理理念在冠状动脉搭桥术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—5月济宁市第一人民医院心脏大血管外科收治的择期实施冠状动脉搭桥术患者60例为观察对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施加速康复外科理念护理。比较两组围术期生命体征、手术相关指标、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果:手术时,观察组患者体温、平均动脉压高于对照组,心率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组患者术后麻醉苏醒时间、拔管时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007)。结论:择期实施冠状动脉搭桥术的患者应用加速康复外科护理理念护理,能降低并发症发生风险,提升其护理满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore the application effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing concept in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting.Methods:Sixty patients admitted to the Department of Cardiac Macrovascular Surgery of Jining First People's Hospital for elective implementation of coronary artery bypass grafting from January to May 2022 were selected as observation objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group of thirty cases each according to the method of randomized numerical table.The control group implemented conventional nursing,and the observation group implemented accelerated rehabilitation surgical concept nursing on the basis of the control group.The perioperative vital signs,surgery-related indexes,complication occurrence and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:During the operation,the temperature and mean arterial pressure of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the heart rate was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);Postoperative anesthesia awakening time,extubation time,time to get out of bed and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The complication rate of patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.022);Patient care satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007).Conclusion:The application of the accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing concept to patients undergoing elective coronary artery bypass grafting can reduce the risk of complications and improve their nursing satisfaction,which has high clinical application value.
