摘要
十八大以来随着数字经济的蓬勃发展,以习近平同志为主要代表的中国共产党人就数字经济先后提出许多新思想、新观点、新论断,统称为习近平关于数字经济重要论述。本文认为习近平关于数字经济重要论述的提出,有其特殊的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和现实逻辑。厘清数字经济发展的基本内涵、明确数字经济发展的重大意义、阐明数字经济发展的基本目标,是习近平关于数字经济重要论述的主要内容。在实践中实现数字经济的健康发展,必须坚持以人民为中心为价值导向、核心技术攻关为关键环节、与实体经济相结合为重要载体、营造良好社会环境为保障条件。
With the vigorous development of digital economy since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Chinese Communists,with Comrade Xi Jinping as their chief representative,have put forward many new ideas,new viewpoints and new theories on digital economy,which is called Xi Jinping's important exposition on digital economy.This paper holds that Xi Jinping's important exposition on digital economy has its special theoretical logic,historical logic and realistic logic.Clarifying the basic connotation of the development of digital economy,clarifying the great significance of the development of digital economy,and clarifying the basic objectives of the development of digital economy are the main contents of Xi Jinping's important discussion on digital economy.In order to achieve the healthy development of the digital economy in practice,it is necessary to adhere to the people-centered value orientation,core technology research as a key link,integration with the real economy as an important carrier,and the creation of a good social environment as a guarantee condition.
