摘要
目的:观察浮针联合贴扎疗法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年4月泰州市第四人民医院收治的颈型颈椎病患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予塞来昔布胶囊、甲钴胺片联合贴扎疗法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予浮针治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后颈椎曲度值、疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数(neck disability index,NDI)、颈椎肌力评分、颈椎活动度评分变化情况及临床疗效。结果:观察组有效率为92.5%,对照组有效率为72.5%,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后VAS评分、NDI评分、颈椎活动度评分低于对照组,颈椎肌力评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后颈椎曲度值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:浮针联合贴扎疗法治疗颈型颈椎病,可有效减轻患者颈部神经的压迫,缓解疼痛,改善颈椎肌力和活动度。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of superficial needling combined with application therapy on cervical spondylosis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with cervical spondylosis treated in Taizhou Fourth People's Hospital from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Celecoxib Capsules and Mecobalamine Tablets combined with application therapy,while the observation group was treated with superficial needling on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The changes in cervical curvature,visual analogue scale(VAS),neck disability index(NDI),cervical muscle strength score and cervical motion score before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results:The effective rate was 92.5%in the observation group and 72.5%in the control group.The effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS score,NDI score and cervical motion score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,while cervical muscle strength score was higher than that in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cervical curvature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Superficial needling combined with application therapy for cervical spondylosis can effectively reduce the compression of cervical nerves,relieve pain,and improve cervical muscle strength and motion.
